I just listened to Huckabee’s speech from CPAC. He did give an excellent speech. If I were about to vote in a primary between Huckabee and McCain, I would vote for Huckabee.

Just saw on Fox that Kansas did just that.

Dare we hope we get someone better than McCain?

Like I said, Huckabee was not my favorite. Fred was, and after he dropped out I voted for Romney on Jan 29th. If I were voting today or in the future primary race, I would vote for Huckabee over McCain. Know many folks plan on voting for their favorites who are already out of the race, but don’t think that does anything except help McCAin. Unless I am wrong in thinking that although votes for others would be counted, those still in the race who win over the other get the delegates. Do delegates go to someone who is out of the race if they happen to win a state?
