He opposed Bush at every turn afterward. He is MORE a Democrat LIBERAL than a Conservative. Note McCain-Feingold (political free speech suppression!), McCain-Kennedy, McCain-Lieberman and etc. He voted AGAINST the Bush Tax Cuts in 2001 and 2003. He is FOR amnesty for illegals, open borders. Etc., etc., etc.
