She probably fell for her Egyptian doctor husband when he was in Ireland or the UK, and stupidly followed him back to the sandpit. The daughter’s probably an Egyptian citizen by birth, would be my guess, or perhaps because her father is one (since, after all, women don’t count in Islam).

Although, I’m amused to see that even the Gaza Palestinians apparently have an illegal alien problem (of two whole people) and need a border fence! ARE YOU WATCHING, PRESIDENT BUSH?
