I’m a little confused. Speedboats charging our vessels hardly demonstrates that we see (and log) every boat large enough to carry a diver, so what does that have to do with anything? Are you saying that we can detect every fishing boat in the entire Middle East? Or do we have a special program in place to monitor the several thousand miles of underwater cable in and around the Middle East?

I would say that the area is well covered.Without getting too specific.Too well covered for this happen so many times undetected, by Iran of all countries.
