My computer crashed again so I'm using an outdated ping list. I apologize if you've asked to be removed and were pinged or if you asked to be added, but are not on the list.

I think it’s too late? Wouldn’t they need to get so many signatures and legally qualify in 3/4’s of the States?

I would love this ticket as much as the liberals would hate it.

you know....they just can’t run out of hatred...kind of like those Islamic pukes.

Is not the CP already on most state ballots for Prez/VP?

I was a Fred supporter; Duncan was my second choice. Now am hoping for a Romney win mostly in opposition to McCain. I’m beginning to wonder how much damage can a democrat do in 4 years and then the swing will go to a conservative?

"I broke down and voted the lesser evil today: Huckabee."

You just tossed one McCains way. Think before you act next time.

I head a comedian say the other night “What color does a smurf turn when you choke him?”

The audience was silent for a minute or so...LOL

I've been googling, and keep running into language like this...

Qualified political parties are entitled to have candidates identified with that political party standing for partisan offices on the ballot. In order for a party to have such identified candidates, that party must have already qualified to participate in either of the two primary elections scheduled for 2008 or, if not qualified, must have completed all the qualification requirements by the 135 th day before the February 5, 2008 (Presidential Primary Election) or the June 3, 2008 (Statewide Direct Primary Election).

The dates are bit different, or how they calculate them, but the gist is about the same.

Awright, I started drinking beer on the drinking thread that Bob J posted a few hours ago, but let me just see if I can make this clear to you, and to anyone else on this forum who thinks a vote for one candidate in the primaries is a vote for a candidate that particular poster does not like -

We all have the right to vote for the candidate we choose.

How? Huckabee won here. McCain came in a close second. Since Romney and McCain are not on my “I will hold my nose and vote for them” list, I did the best with what I had to work with.

I walked into the polling place with every intention of voting for Romney to try to stop McCain. But when I marked my ballot, I wound up voting for Thompson.

I was one of only 3,095 Missouri voters who voted for Fred. Even if all of the voters in Missouri who voted for a candidate outside of the “Big 3” had voted for Romney instead, it would not have been enough to have made a difference for him. So my vote didn’t help or hurt McCain, Mitt or Huck.

It had been a long time since I had voted my convictions instead of voting against (or settling for) someone I didn’t believe in. And it felt good. At least I’ll sleep well tonight.

I wouldn’t vote for McInsane if Ronald Reagan arose from the grave and McInsane chose him for VP.

I did same. I intended to hold my nose and vote for Romney. I saw Fred and just couldn’t do it.

I overheard a woman in the vote line asking another woman who had just voted if FRed Thompson was really still on the ballot. When the other woman said Yup!, the first smiled and said, Oh, goodie!

Josh, thanks for all the hard work you did for us. :)
