Who are you talking about? the RNC? You act as if there is some inner circle that has the power to grant your (our) demands if we just protest hard enough. All parties are big tents. If you want a Christian conservative to be nominated there has to be a candidate who will be able to persuade a majority of people to vote for them. And this candidate has to persuade non-Christians to vote for him/her as well.
We don't have strong candidates and we don't have the voters. We have structural problems not easily fixable.
One has to first understand the problem.
You basically touch on the essential point - there were a couple of conservative Christians in the race early on, and they simply didn’t get the votes. It wasn’t a plot of the RNC or the MSM; the votes just weren’t there.
