Here’s a recipe that’s supposed to work.
1 gallon water
1 qt. 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
1 cup baking soda
1 squirt of dish soap.
This is the recipe for removing the skunk smell from a pet, but it might work on the car, too.
The peroxide might bleach fabric, though. They also suggest lemon juice or vinegar.
