What is needed is for some Marine Supporters to pre-empt the pinkos.
For instance, in the small hours of the morning before Code Pink turns up , WE go along and chain ourselves to the Marine’s door and then be able to form a clear passage of access to anyone who wants to get in our out.
When the Pinko’s turn up they will find that their position has been hijacked and will either have to fight for it or back off.
How about a sign that says “We support the Berkeley City Council members - we don’t support their ARROGANT AND STUPID POLICIES!”
LOL!!
I’d like it better if they were up that creek WITHOUT paddles!
I wonder if anyone has looked into filing criminal charges against the Berkeley Chief of Police for not enforcing the law. As you rightly note, the Code Pinko people violated a good number of laws and the police are REQUIRED to take action if a violation happens before an officer, unless it would be a situation where the misdemeanor would be ignored in order to stop a felony.
Recruiting offices and their “employees” are Federal property...
Local law enforcement have been instructed on a variety of issues to NOT enforce Federal law...
(i.e.: Illegal immigration, et. al.)
So this whole idea about allowing people to choose to patronize these particular offices seem to spur some into breaking Federal law...
U.S. Marshals, U.S. District Attorneys, U.S. Military police and law enforcement should be brought into play...
I think it would be prudent to call the area commanding officer of that recruiting district and see if they would at least bring into play the military law enforcement assets and let them do their thing...
If the civilian Federal authority is dragging their heels (no big secret there) then the military should bring their assets into the area...
BUMP for great justice!
And ZIG!
“I will kick in for some clothespins for MAF members noses since theyll be in dangerous proximity to the Code Stinkos.”
Just toss a bar of soap and some deodorant at them and watch them scatter like cockroaches.
“Question: How do you get by those who block your way without getting arrested?”
Wear a bar of soap around your neck.....The more fragrant the bar, the better.
“At the Marine Recruiting Office, you dont.
The police apparently have been instructed to allow law breaking by those that they support.
It should be investigated on a higher level.”

Not to mention the city’s violations of it’s own “anti-discrimination” laws.
Someone ought to sue the crap out of them in civil court.
Bump for MAF!
To those attending this event: Please bring a passport or birth certificate, you may need it to re-enter the United States.

It’s not the military police’s jurisdiction.
It falls under the Federal Protective Service
LOL BUMP!
EAGLES UP!!
Go get ‘em.
And THANKS for doing this.
[Mr] T
You missed some of our cracks on another thread questioning how many Marines it might take to clear the pinkos out of this shopping center. My final response was “the wife of a retired Marine could do it herself” ... ;^)
BUMP...Drango will b there!
bump for some locals! (Yeah my ping list sucks)
