I hope you’re right about Mitt taking California...crossing fingers, toes, occasionally eyes ;)

Doesn’t Hunter’s (baffling to me) endorsement carry weight with Californians?

(Don’t blame me, I voted for Fred)

Par for the course huh. I will say that I do wish the media would keep it’s yap shut about exit polls and early results so that our west coast voters wouldn’t feel disenfranchised and stay home.

Still, your point is valid. I’m sure they would herald a McCain win extensively.

I’d bet these polling places missing voting equipment are black areas.

Huckabee wins WV 52-47 :-(

In the second round, Huck got most of Paul and McCain's votes...

Mitt has enough campaign capital to shift the focus of the national debate to republican strengths, namely the economy and illegal immigration. The mass media is definitely frightened of all the ad content he can buy, which he can assail their fragile candidates with.

That’s right. Weirdly enough, there are many moderate Jewish voters who like him out here. They are nice couples I meet who are FINALLY disgusted with the Clintons. They fondly remember Mitt’s father, and like the job he did with the Olympics. For some reason they Clintons have turned off Jewish voters in Cali.

Thompson didn’t even have the stamina to get to super Tues, I wouldn’t be proud to say I contributed to McDole being on the ballet next Nov.

Vote for Romney. If he doesn’t get enough delegates to stay in the race, he’s out and those votes will go to McCain, not Huck since he is already weak, and McCain will have enough delegates to win. There would not be a brokered convention in that scenario.

Did you all read on Drudge “health scare” - a coughing fit is keeping Hillary from interviews today? I tell ya, I predicted a year ago that Hillary will begin to lose and claim a health problem and have to get out of the race. Not that this is it, but....

ABC and AP calling West Virginia for Huckabee.
He was a hundred votes behind on first ballot; how’d he pull ahead on second?

Duncan does help. Immigration is HUGE out here, and McCain is not good on it. Arnold’s endorsement may have really hurt McCain. Arnold is not liked by conservative Republicans, and I think Mitt has enough votes in OrangeCounty to carry the state. We shall see.

Unfortunately, Huckabee won because McCain had his delegates throw all their votes to Huckabee.

A vote for Huckabee is clearly a vote for McCain at this point.

Romney is not fighting McCain. He's fighting a double team of McCain and Huckabee, with McCain the top dog on that team.

It's a good thing I'm not easily given to clinical depression.
