Tuesday was the third day after the shootings. So for you to have read this earlier shows premonition on your part or you didn’t really read it earlier.

Don’t be pissy. I read a story that stated what I said .. can’t actually recall when ... but it was a few days ago. Maybe I was wrong about the actual date — and I didn’t realize until just now that this thread was from 2/4.

Yes, that is supposedly what happened. He bound the women in duct tape and shot them execution style. The one woman that survived was grazed in the neck by the bullet, and then played dead. She got a real good look at him and has been helping the police with description, etc. She and her whole family are in hiding under police protection at the moment. The guy had dreadlocks with beads interwoven in one strand of dreadlock that hung down by his face. This leads me to believe it was probably just a robbery and the guy wasn’t a Muzzie, as Muzzie converts wouldn’t be sporting dreadlocks with beads hanging down. They have to live clean.

Also, my best friend who lives in Tinley Park, says that Tinley is right next to a relatively poor south suburb called Matteson, IL, which is approx. 65% black (pop. approx 12,500). Tinley Park (predominantly white) has experienced a boom in new housing and new businesses (my friend lives in one of the new housing communities, very nice). Along with this has been a big increase in strip malls, and the one where the shootings took place is very close to where my friend lives, she goes there all the time. In fact, she told me she was on her way to the mall when the shootings took place. She heard about it on the radio and obviously didn’t go, thank goodness.

Anyway, back to Matteson. She told me there has been an increase in robberies in the area of residents coming over from Matteson to the wealthier Tinley Park to rip people and businesses off. Now, no one knows for sure where this guy came from, but my friend has her suspicions. Will update if I hear anything more.

Oh, one more thing. A new mosque (with an ugly yellow-gold dome, I’ve seen it) has been built in Orland Park, IL, which is on the northern side of Tinley Park (Matteson is a couple of towns south of Tinley). There was much resistance to it being built, but the Muzzies won out. It is only about a short mile from where my friend lives. There has been a great influx of Muzzies now moving to within the nearby area of the new mosque. My friend’s neighborhood (quite high priced homes) has had a bunch of Muzzies moving into it, much to her dismay, and a Muzzie family has moved in next door to her recently. She is not a happy camper, as already one of their male sons has caused her some problems. She also has two daughters, 12 and 14 whom she worries about. There have been about 5 Muzzie families that have moved in just on her block. The whole area will probably turn Muzzie within the next 10 years. She plans on moving a few years from now before her property values take a dive. Even then, she may end up having to sell to a Muzzie if she wants to sell at all. Now, this is an upper class neighborhood of Tinley. Interesting. What’s kind of funny, a block from where she lives there is a huge fundamentalist church with a ton of churchgoers. That could be interesting, lots of Muzzies and lots of Fundies. Let the religious battles begin. Hope this gives you some background to the story.
