Romney could lock this thing up if he only leaked that Fred will be his VP. It would be over and McCain would have to quickly assemlbe a viable powerhouse VP. I bet he would ask Condi but I would really like it if he returned the favor and asked John Kerry. That would be sweet.
I should have added that first he should ask him to run with him and then he should get an acceptance. Oops, my bad
Juan McAztlan has probably promised Mike “Open Borders for Jesus” Huckleberry the VP slot if he stays in and picks off primary voters that would mostly go to Mitt Romney otherwise.

That will never happen. Huckabee on the ticket would like John McCain pasting a target on himself and asking to be shot. McCain though I don’t like him I don’t think he is stupid.

I’m not voting for either Mitt, Huck, or John. Then only way John or Mitt get my vote is by having a conservative VP period.
I know the feeling. I am hoping Mitt chooses a rock ribbed conservative as VP, right now, I’m in the “anyone-but-McAmnesty” mode so I’m lining up behind Mitt who I trust a tad more than Huckabee.
If Romney is elected and re-elected? In 2016, we have a 74 year old VP, Cheney Pt. II. I have no idea who any of these guys will pick but to be sure it will someone worse than them so they don’t get their egos bruised. Worse than them, is that possible? We’re in deep doo-doo. :)

No, McNasty would name Colin Powell. That is being rumored. That might get him more military votes, but would not help him domestically. I DON’T agree that Rice is a “plus” to any ticket. She was Bush’s dupe and has failed miserably in the Middle East and always seemed over her head. Blacks know she’s no Dem, so they’re not going to vote for her. But she’s a RINO thru and thru but more importantly, a globalist and she would NEVER get conservative support.
