This morning on "This Week" on ABC, she was pressed about garnishing wages (to pay for her Health Insurance program) and dodged it a few times before saying,

"George, there will be an enforcement mechanism, whether it is that or something else."

So she is open to the idea of garnishing wages. Her words.

Paying for a socialized health care system isn't the most important fault with her planned system, the inevitable and immeasurably vast decline in the quality of US healthcare it will cause is by far the worst fault. If Canadians and Brits think their socialized health care is bad, wait until they see ours if HillBill have their way.

We have the finest and most advanced healthcare system in the world bar none, and both privately operated and taxpayer-supported hospitals are already required by law to treat all applicants for service without regard for their ability to pay. If anyone doesn't believe that just let them go to any emergency room in the country and count the obviously poor Hispanic immigrants and inner city Americans who are receiving free or practically free quality healthcare service for their kids and/or themselves. Grady Hospital in Atlanta would be good place to start.

Yet liberals are frothing at the mouth about alleged inequities in the system, and are eager to virtually destroy it for the sake of socializing as much of the nation's infrastructure and economy as possible. I believe that a Democrat president following Bush is inevitable, therefore if the quality and timely availability of healthcare service is an important matter for you, then a Democrat Congress backing up a Democrat president starting next year should be among your greatest concerns.
