This is huge. I'm not sure how often this happens, but an EPA admistrator basically denied a permit for a power plant to continue to operate. A Title V permit allows a facility to emit pollution under certain conditions.
Stephen L. Johnson of the EPA basically accepted the arguements put forth by the Sierra Club.
For the reasons set forth above, and pucsuaut to section 505(b)(2) of the Clean Air Act, I grant in part and deny in part the petition of the Sierra Club requesting the Admistratox to object to issuance of the Title V p e d t to Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, Weston Generating Station.
...and now that the SCOTUS has declared CO2 a pollutant, that number will climb!
Admistratox? I don’t like the sound of that!
Turn out the lights, the party’s over....
I'd put my beeber on stune but I can't charge the battery...
LOL...all I did was copy and paste...it didn’t like it I guess.
shut off all electric ,nationwide, for one week...watch em squirm..then renegotiate
