In response to Jason’s post of an anti-McCain YouTube video, I offer this video of Romney, made by the same exact organization that produced the McCain video. Also, I take issue with the statement “This Youtube is making it’s way into activists inboxes all across the nation as we speak.” The anti-McCain video has… brace yourself… 139 views, while this anti-Romney video has 4,796 views. We just dont believe a conversion to the pro life cause while starting to run for president is authentic.. If he had done in a few years before it would have been a needed political maneuver then maybe..
You only PERCEIVE McCain to be more conservative because he is a sourpuss old curmudgeon-like hunch, who seems mad all the time.
Romney seems always upbeat and cheerful.
Before 1999, McCain perhaps WAS a conservative.... but in the past eight years he has had a mental breakdown of sorts and turned liberal, fueled by his obsessive hatred for President Bush.
It happened back in 2005 when he was confronted with deciding life or death issues involving cloning and embryonic stem cell research. He was confronted with it, he researched it and came down on the side of life.
These guys know Mitt a lot better than we do and they trust his conversion and have endorsed him.
