A man was found at the bottom of a Chappaqua, New York swimming pool wrapped in chains. Also found were several gun shot wounds to the back of the man’s head. The cause of death is unclear at this time and it is too early to rule out suicide. Investigators believe it is possible the drowned man could have wrapped himself in chains, positioned himself in front of a live fire machine gun and then jumped into the pool. An investigation into this possible suicide is continuing. Senator Clinton does not remember meeting the man. Details as they develop...
