You would have been TOTALLY SHOCKED at McCain if you had heard this LIVE like I did. I think this is when my respect for McCain dropped straight to near 0.

Need to upload it to youtube or something. I don’t see the audio available on the net, and it was quite a historic piece.

“I love John McCain. He was pretty nasty and vicious when he was being beaten and tortured at the Hanoi Hilton. Anyway, it doest matter what Michael Reagan says. Nancy Reagan endorsed him today.”
Source for the Nancy Reagan endorsement, please. Don’t say it is Michael Medved because he said that Michael Reagan and Nancy Reagan endorsed McCain. I don’t think so!!
To: Always Right
“Warren Rudman is 70...let me finish, please, could I finish? Ah, ah, Warren Rudman is 70 years old, he’s been, he had a serious illness”
Sounds like McCain himself!

I am transferring as I type. I will have to email it to someone as an mp3. Freepmail me some email addresses.

I love John McCain. He was pretty nasty and vicious when he was being beaten and tortured at the Hanoi Hilton. Anyway, it doest matter what Michael Reagan says. Nancy Reagan endorsed him today. Perhaps you didn't see this posted in the 'McCain will bring an end to Conservatism' thread:
"McCain was kept at the Hanoi Hilton from December 1969 until his release, along with all the remaining POWs, in March of 1973. During this time, T translated all the Vietnamese interrogators notes and reports regarding John McCain.
According to T, they reveal that McCain had made an accommodation with his captors, and in exchange, Ts father saw that he was provided with an apartment in Hanoi and the services of two prostitutes. Upon returning to his prison cell, he would say he had been held in solitary confinement. That may be why so many of his fellow prisoners said later they saw so little of him at Hoa Loa."

John McCain: My record is very clear as to who I have supported You got that right. You supported Ruth Bader Ginsberg, David Souter, and Steven Breyer while opposing President Bush's appellate nominees by conspiring against him with your Gang of 14. Yes sir, Senator McCain, we know your record is clear. And Charles Pickering is no longer a judge because of you.

After what I saw of him in the debate last night, this does not surprise me one bit.
I am sick of him getting a pass for all the terrible things he has done, because he served in the military and was a POW.
He needs to go to a nursing home and take it easy, not be President of The United States of America.

Actually the only comfort I have in a McCain election is he his likely to scare the living Sh*t out of everyone in the world after he nukes Iran the next time their motorboat cruises near a another US ship.

*snerk* he reminds me of the Canadian spokesman in the South Park Movie: "Can I finish? Please, can I finish? ... OK, I'm finished."
Freakin' nutjob.

Michael Reagan says to the listening audience after this interview, “All he wants to talk about is hatefulness, and I want to talk about the issues ... messenger of hate ... 11th commandment ... I could never support that man ... he wants to talk about hate, and then he uses my father’s name. Can you believe that man with the proverbial nuclear button at his side?”

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, justifying support for McCain is like trying to pick up the clean end of a turd.

Michael is more conservative than Mrs. Reagan. She bought into embryonic stem cells as worth pursuing when adult stem cell research was proving the more effective of the two.
