Wrong on fetal stem cells, wrong on McCain.
Buh Bye Mutt!
The Muttster just as well drop out now!
That is a point of contention for me. Although at least he does not support creating embryos for reseach (fetal farming), or cloning. I am hoping the new non-destructive method will get more traction.
that’s why she supports mccain. they’re both for embryonic stem cell research
I wonder who Paul Laxalt supports?
"If you analyze it I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism. I think conservatism is really a misnomer just as liberalism is a misnomer for the liberalsif we were back in the days of the Revolution, so-called conservatives today would be the Liberals and the liberals would be the Tories. The basis of conservatism is a desire for less government interference or less centralized authority or more individual freedom and this is a pretty general description also of what libertarianism is. Now, I cant say that I will agree with all the things that the present group who call themselves Libertarians in the sense of a party say, because I think that like in any political movement there are shades, and there are libertarians who are almost over at the point of wanting no government at all or anarchy. I believe there are legitimate government functions. There is a legitimate need in an orderly society for some government to maintain freedom or we will have tyranny by individuals. The strongest man on the block will run the neighborhood. We have government to insure that we dont each one of us have to carry a club to defend ourselves. But again, I stand on my statement that I think that libertarianism and conservatism are travelling the same path".
--Ronald Reagan
But what does Michael Reagan say about McCain?
“Wrong on fetal stem cells, wrong on McCain.”
Yep, and both Senator McCain and Mrs. Reagan believe in human embryonic stem cell research, sadly.
She’s an old woman and doesn’t know any of the other candidates. She probably knew George Romney, not Mitt. Nancy may be his widow, but she isn’t the last thinking vestige of the Reagan legacy. If you want to remember Reagan, you’re better off asking his son Michael who remembers stuff about his father, rather than the widow with the shrinking brain.
Right!
Nancy, sorry to say, has a terminal case of dumbness. I wonder what Ron ever saw in her. He certainly didn’t marry her for her wisdom and quick wit. Maybe she cast a spell on him. She did like to delve into horrorscopes if I recall correctly. She tried to advise Ron by looking at charts and occult things. Maybe she wants to do the same for McCain.
