Mr. Clinton’s public declaration undercut both American foreign policy and sharp criticism of Kazakhstan’s poor human rights record ...

Is the Toon going to out-Carter Carter?

Tell us again, Ann Coulter, why it’s better for our country to have the The Sopranos from Chappaqua in office than McCain.

I hate to admit I believe this too will just be forgotten.

President Hillary scares me more, for this type of covert action, than anything we can fight as it is happening.

I interviewed with Frank Giustra back in ‘92 when he headed up Yorkton Securities. I went elsewhere but was impressed at the time with his cool professionalism.

His Endeavour Mining Capital(EDV-T) http://www.endeavourminingcapital.com/ has earned its way(by success) into being my largest single investment in a portfolio dominated by mining exploration stocks.

Clinton may be a grifter, but in the global financial world Frank Giustra is simply a realistic and responsible businessman, and Clinton remains a bit player in decline.

Just my opinion.

And to think that the ‘Rats and the MSM got their panties in an uproar over Tom Delay and Duke Cunningham.

I bet all future articles will be spiked. (After they receive THE CALL).

Wonder if the price of the Ny Slimes stock and the continuing downward trend re subscribers and ad $’s is causing some changes in the Old Gray Whore.

NY Times posts lower profit, revenue falls 7 pct (Dinosaur Media DeathWatch)
Reuters ^ | January 31, 2008 | Kenneth Li

Posted on 01/31/2008 5:55:00 AM PST by abb

The New York Times Co (NYT.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Thursday posted a 7 percent decline in revenue, dragged by poor real estate and retail advertising sales.

Fourth-quarter net income was $53 million, or 37 cents a share, compared with a loss of $648 million, or $4.50 a share, in the fourth quarter last year when it took a large write-down on its New England group.

Revenue fell 7.1 percent to $865.8 million. Excluding the write-down and other items from both periods, profit per share from continuing operations fell to 44 cents, compared with 46 cents a share a year earlier.

New York Times shares have lost about a quarter of their value in the last year as the publisher of the namesake newspaper, the Boston Globe and 15 smaller daily papers has been battered by falling advertising sales.

The company faces a potential proxy battle from a shareholder group that owns just less than 5 percent of its outstanding shares.

I must be missing something. What did the Clintons have to do with JFK Jr’s plane crash?

You never heard about this, or read MIA's clintonian's hit-list:???

Such is the fodder - indeed, the hi-test rocket fuel - for conspiracy theorists everywhere. But who would want to murder the adorable "American Prince?" Although we had never heard it before, the young magazine editor and publisher of George was apparently about to announce that he did harbor political aspirations and that his intention was to take on Hillary Clinton in New York's upcoming senatorial race. With the political wake of Attorney General/Governor/President Bill Clinton being littered with over 100 dead bodies already and his apparent propensity to eliminate anyone who gets in his way, many investigative reporters believed a motive was firmly established.

The charismatic young Kennedy, whose magnetism dwarfed even that of his famous father, may well have been the only person in the whole state of New York who could have frightened Hillary with an election run. A Kennedy victory would certainly have established a foothold for a future shot at the presidency - also a prospective concern for the whole ruling establishment.

"Young Kennedy was routinely asked by NY Democrats to be a candidate for public office," a close friend confided to Newsweek after his accident… that Kennedy was quietly exploring a campaign for the US senate seat in 2000 before the 1st Lady expressed interest. "It was only a matter of time before he ran for something.…"

Longtime family friend, and former Press Secretary for President Kennedy, Pierre Salinger zeroed-in on a more explicit detail: "One of the most important things I did with John Jr. was in 1988, when I attended the Democratic Convention in Atlanta. Suddenly, I discovered that John Jr. was going to give a speech there. It was fantastic. I was very excited about that speech, and I took John Jr. aside to meet alone with me for several hours. I was telling him that this speech showed strongly that he should start thinking about going into politics. He said he was interested, but he was still too young. He told me that he had an idea that he should go into politics in the next century. That was something I still believed that he would do."

“’All of my chips, almost, are on Bill Clinton,” (Giustra) said. “He’s a brand, worldwide brand, and he can do things and ask for things that no one else can.’”

Other people actually have a sense of shame.

Just months after the Kazakh pact was finalized, Mr. Clinton’s charitable foundation received its own windfall: a $31.3 million donation from Mr. Giustra that had remained a secret until he acknowledged it last month. The gift, combined with Mr. Giustra’s more recent and public pledge to give the William J. Clinton Foundation an additional $100 million, secured Mr. Giustra a place in Mr. Clinton’s inner circle, an exclusive club of wealthy entrepreneurs in which friendship with the former president has its privileges.

For years Rush would say “you never win by losing.”

He was right, regardless whether he somehow “evolves” from that in this election.

Now we just need to have some enquiring minds ask Bubba about this and we, and the MSM, will get another good dose of “Klintoon reality.”

He needs to be pressed on this hard.

DFU SONG: Out of Time (just amazing...the treasonous SOBs at the New York Times)
DFU SONGS | 6-2006 | Lyrics, Doug from Upland

Posted on 06/25/2006 11:21:09 PM PDT by doug from upland

MIDI - OUT OF TIME - right column, near the bottom

They are helping terrorists...they are today's fifth columnists
Al-Qaeda reads their paper every day
It isn't too surprising why our anger is rising
'Cause there's treason going on at the New York Times

They're glad to hurt our nation...the New York Times
Leaking's never on vacation...the New York Times
There is no more doubt...that our soldiers they sold out
They're proud to publish secrets...the New York Times

If Japan were fighting still...the Navajo code they would spill
They all should fry just like the Rosenbergs
It isn't too surprising why our anger is rising
'Cause there's treason going on at the New York Times

They're glad to hurt our nation...the New York Times
Leaking's never on vacation...the New York Times
There is no more doubt...that our soldiers they sold out
They're proud to publish secrets...the New York Times

At concerns they quickly scoff...and flippantly they blow it off
The Old Gray Lady isn't like before
It isn't too surprising why our anger is rising
'Cause there's treason going on at the New York Times

They're glad to hurt our nation...the New York Times
Leaking's never on vacation...the New York Times
There is no more doubt...that our soldiers they sold out
They're proud to publish secrets...the New York Times
Treasonous New York Times...treasonous New York Times
