Did not see it posted yet, here we go folks!
A couple of other observations from my trip to the panhandle this weekend. Most of the people I spoke to had voted absentee for Guiliani. They said that if they had waited, they would have voted for Romney instead to keep McCain out. They didn’t realize how close it was going to be when they voted.
My friend who saw McCain in person this weekend said that he looks awful...even whiter and more sickly than he does on TV. Unfortunately, that didn’t stop her from voting for him though.
The hour early time zone difference worries me about the Panhandle as my dad says that a lot of people up there tend to listen to the exit polls and don’t vote after work when the media start calling it too soon (as they always do).
You signed up 01-16-2008...just to shill for McCain I suspect.

Come on, Florida. Don't let us down!
“Well, I dont know about Jan. registration dates, but McCain does have an 83 ACU lifetime rating. I tend to look at a glass thats half-full. So McNuts is 83% full. The female pool table leg(s) is 12%, Obama even less.”
That’s lifetime. In the past several years he’d be lucky to score 50.
Jimmy McCain is a Marine and he was in Iraq (at least last article I read from 2007). Not sure if he’s been in actual combat or not.
I won’t throw it away on a POS like McCain. I am no longer young. My great grandfathers have served, my dad, and my husband. My hubby and I agree, we could never vote for McCain. Paul is at least Constitutional. McCain is only bitter and Constipational.
The exit polls show that the economy is very important, but as you allude to, the way this manifests itself among the elderly is a very pro-McCain tilt. The elderly voters in FL think the economy is soft and they want McCain to take care of them. That's why Romney (sounding like Hillary Clinton) attacked McCain on the prescription drug bill no vote. Romney has to scare elderly voters into thinking that McCain won't protect them, but they see McCain as an old guy and think he'll protect them since he's old, too. The elderly have an initial reaction to McCain that Romney has to fight hard to overturn.
Foxnews says Miami Dade is usually the last to come in and with the large Cuban population it’s McCain’s to lose there. Not sure if I heard correctly that the absentees have been counted and are either added at the beginning or at the end of the vote count.
I won’t vote for McCain either.
Break out the chads! This looks like it could be a long night!
I wonder if it also has to do with mitt bravely praising fred on social security reform when he announced his withdrawal
Kondracke, the conservative hater, is saying that Cuban-Americans are going for McCain, bigtime...
I love that one! LMAO!
If the GOP wants a traitor like John McCain, they can all kiss my grits, I am going for Ron Paul.
I had someone pull this crap on me after losing an argument. Started labeling me a troll because I hadn’t posted in a few years. Claimed I lied about my posting history, which I proved wrong using Google’s cache.
But the Admin Mod ignored the facts, personally attacked me and then banned me.
Jim listened to reason and brought me back. I am sure there are trolls, but this “method” is hardly proven.
I'd be pleasantly surprised if the MSM held off until after 8:00 EST, but it's been a very, very long time since I was pleasantly surprised by the MSM.
