So what? He's not going to get a Human Life Amendment and frankly can do little about such an amendment. He's not going to get a Marriage Protection Amendment, either--do his supporters think he's just going to grab a pen and write it into the Constitution?
On the things Huckabee has a say on--say, taxes, illegals, Gitmo, fat Weeble children killing dogs--Huckabee is gawdawful.
The only reason to support Huckabee is if you're an Evangelical who can't see voting outside his religious circle.

we had lower taxes, a growing economy and now abortion has dropped across the country, even in states that didn’t “do” anything about abortion. Why? because many women have abortions because they can’t afford to be pregnant. When the economy is better, it is much easier for them.
During the Newt years we cut capital gains to grow the economy from the top down. But we also remembered the bottom up with welfare reform and tax credits for families.

Thanks but no thanks. Huckabee has a preacher mentality. He spent majority of his career as a preacher.
He is very friendly like a preacher.
He takes money from some people and gives it away to others just like preachers do to charity.
He forgives convicted criminals just like preachers forgive all sinners.
