Explosive McCain Temper

Defending His Amnesty Bill, Sen. McCain Lost His Temper And “Screamed, ‘F*ck You!’ At Texas Sen. John Cornyn” (R-TX). “Presidential hopeful John McCain - who has been dogged for years by questions about his volcanic temper - erupted in an angry, profanity-laced tirade at a fellow Republican senator, sources told The Post yesterday. In a heated dispute over immigration-law overhaul, McCain screamed, ‘F— you!’ at Texas Sen. John Cornyn, who had been raising concerns about the legislation. ‘This is chickens—stuff,’ McCain snapped at Cornyn, according to several people in the room off the Senate floor Thursday. ‘You’ve always been against this bill, and you’re just trying to derail it.’” (Charles Hurt, “Raising McCain,” New York Post, 5/19/07)

Nuclear button aside, he is too old. Anybody over 60 should go home and stay there. That would include Hillary!08.

Russia has assumed sponsorship of Iran and Iran will not be doing anything since that would lead directly to yet another Defcon 3 and even Russia would rather nuke Iran themselves than face that again.

McCain's not a President. He's everybody's crotchy old neighbor who's half-deaf, yells profanities at the newspaper boy, and spits soup through his false teeth.

If McCain gets the nomination, it's Bob Dole all over again.

Are we this forgetful?

You’re welcome! I just wish I could find the original article. It may have been in the Washington Times, since I was reading that daily way back then.....

He’s not Presidential material, which why the libs love him— they know they can beat him.

That's why the MSM is talking him up BIG TIME! I wish they'd knock it off. I actually heard Steve Doocy say some very positive things this morning about Mitt Romney. Thank goodness someone is mentioning anyone other than John McCain!

....... would you be comfortable with his finger on the nuclear button?

Only if he was settin' on top of the bomb when he pushed it.

Perhaps we should not assume that the same US Intelligence agencies who just recently reached the conclusion that Iran stop pursuing Nuclear Weapons, are going to be able to reach a logical conclusion about the source of a recent deployed nuclear weapon. My guess is internal politics and internal covert spies will likely trump any real intelligent assessment from any DC based agencies.

Putin wants conflict. Anything that drives up the price of oil and makes Middle Eastern oil less accessible will create windfall profits for Russia. Europe is very vulnerable right now. Only France with its Nuclear Power Plants is in a position to challenge Iran (Russia's Puppet). Putin is not bringing May Day parades back as an effort to avoid raising defcon levels.

I hope it happens soon...before the entire country goes to hell in a handbasket.

We’re running out of candidates.

Please...tell me your current thoughts on a brokered convention.

Hmmmm ..?? .. “totally exonerated” .. that’s very interesting .. do you have any FACTS to support that .. or are you just baiting me.

I’m not the discovery channel .. so you can do your own research.

[do you have any FACTS to support that .. ]

That was a long time ago but I recall the whole bunch were investigated and no evidence of wrongdoing was shown against Mclame and one other person. In fact, IMHO, the whole Lincoln Thrift mess was a ploy to mess up the economy for political reasons.

I wasn’t much into politics then but I do recall the locals seems to think he was being railroaded.

A number of pols were nailed but not John. Of course, he still carries the brand and always will since you cannot prove a negative.

I think it is possible. If McCain lasts we’ll need it.

However Florida’s results just reinforced my thoughts. We will go to convention with the only electable Republican candidate being the one most despised by conservatives. Romney and Huck both don’t stand a chance, Rudy, well, and McCain I think could be Hillary but not Obama. Basically it is now lose lose.

So much energy was put into a man who was trying to buy his way past his father’s legacy, and Mitt’s support has always been so attuned to how he looks or acts or how wonderful he is or how much money he can put toward the race that no one looked at his two major flaws that hobbled his chances from the get go. He will get ignored by the core Conservatives because of his record despite his wonderful rhetoric, and as much as I hate to say it, now that we are being politically correct in the GOP, but his religion kills him in the south, where Wal Mart/Baptist preacher boy now reigns.

Keep your powder dry and your money close for a few years, we are not going to win this thing because we are getting a Democrat, be it Obama, Hillary or McCain....

Pray a lot and remember, Haley Barbour 2012, Because he has experience in Disaster Recovery.
