Not in Pakistan, I think that was in Jordan some time back.
Ryan's father, Bob, is a sports columnist for the Boston Globe.
BBC is reporting the gun shot wound was to the temple, not to the back of the neck.

Just like good old Saddam, I believe it was Abul Nadal, or one of those characters who, according to Saddam, died of suicide, e.g. four of them to the head. This ruling makes about as much sense.
