Not mandated here, fortunately, even for public school students. My doctor mentioned it when I had one of the girls in for a camp physical, and I said, "No, thanks." She knows I don't go for shots that aren't for big stuff like meningitis. I haven't even gotten the two little boys chicken pox shots, since we don't have a younger baby to worry about.
