It may take awhile...Just like it took awhile for people to think warmly of Dwight D Eisenhower, ‘Ike’...First it was said he didn’t do anything while in office..Then people woke up and said he gave us 8 years of peace, 1953-1961..He was a good man, just like GWB is.
A good book on Ike is “The Hidden-Hand Presidency” by Fred I. Greenstein.
