I agree. In spite of any disagreements I have with George W Bush-and I have a couple of profound ones—he is a good man, and in a different league from anything we’ll have next year, from the Left or the Right. No matter what, I’ll always respect the man I saw standing in the rubble of the World Trade Center after 9/11. Damn straight. He is the only President for whom I have campaigned. I don't regret it at all.

I hate it.
Someone upthread said the room was full of “evil people”.
Since when is the opposition “evil”.
We are guilty of incivility when we sit and let those comments pass.
and the constant hateful remarks about people’s appearance.
Just a lack of civility. We need civility for a civil society,,,beginning here.
