McCain’s running mate is going to be Joe Lieberman.
And if McCain is elected president, he will switch parties and become a Democrat.
He would do it to avoid the serious challenge he would face within the GOP for renomination in 4 years.
McCain would move quickly to pump up his Democrat credentials as soon as he takes office.
McCain will make the biggest flip-flop of all: From Republican to Democrat.

Mitt Romney fully supported a 'cap and trade' system to deal with global climate change, Who should I go with? The guy who was for cap and trade two years ago or the guy who is for cap and trade now?
To: JRochelle
I won’t be voting for Romney this fall, but I do find it interesting that a guy that has been wrong on so many issues and hasn’t changed, is taking a guy to task who at least knows enough to act like he has.

If he takes Lieberman, no Republican will vote for him.
He would have to fight Hillary for the dem vote.
He isn’t that stupid.

McCrazy campiagn has a good point here:
Mitt Romney has proven in this campaign that he will say anything to anyone at any time if he thinks it will help him politically. His stunning capacity to reverse his position on virtually every issue casts serious doubt on his ability to lead. Floridians need to ask themselves: If he changes his position today, what prevents him from reversing himself again tomorrow?
To: JRochelle
Does it matter?
I believe McCain, which is why I can not vote for him.

McCain is the liar.
Haven’t you been paying attention over the last couple days?
McCain’s been lying about Romney’s positions and his own record.
So much for the “Straight Talk”.
BTW, conservatives favor Romney over McCain by 15 points.

McCain said the measure cut tax rates for the wealthy ‘’at the expense of middle-class Americans.’’

Nothing prevents him from reversing his position again.
Hillary will beat him with all his different versions of his views.
She will show how on most issues, he has supported her views.

If I’m given a choice between a guy who says he will raise my taxes and guy who says he won’t, I’ll go with the won’t guy every time.
