Screw endorsements!
The voters will decide.

With these McCain endorsements you’d think we were getting marching orders from the GOP establishment (Dole Sarc. off)

Interesting considering Baker is the political mentor of Thompson and my suspicion of Thompson being a stalking horse for McCain.
Will we get a McCain-Thompson ticket to mollify us at the convention?

re: Howard Baker gives the nod to McCain
Well, of course he does! He’s part of the problem that put us in the sorry state our country’s in after a decade plus of conservatives abandoning conservatism and acting more like liberals.
Inertia is on the side of the status quo, and all these people lining up behind McCain have a vested, spelled “m-o-o-n-e-y”, or “p-o-w-e-r”. The list of people who are endorsing McCain is a great reminder of how we got where we are. Deficit spending, all talk and no action on energy independence, immigration, PC and on and on.
We are where are today because of the people we’ve put in office for the last 20 years or so. If you like what we are today then buy into the growing list of endorsements and vote for McCain. If not, ignore them and use your vote to send the message that we want something different. And Clinton will not be something different!!

I’ve seen Obama and my judgment would be that McCain would have chance against him. Mitt Romney might.

The Republican Establishment Elite are really pushing hard for McCain, aren't they? I've noticed a definite shift on FOX now that their 1st pick Rudy is tanking - now they are pushing McCain big time! Today I heard Steve Doocy say that voters would get a CEO with Mitt Romney and a
Commander in Chief with McCain!
It wasn't just - what - a month or so ago? That McCain was at the bottom of the polls - everyone hated him. This is the worst election ever.

Howard Baker is a Lobbyist for the Saudis.
The Saudis are pushing the Wahabi agenda and are nuber one in pushing for the islamofacist foothold in Kosovo.
Below is a link to McCain IN KLA terrorists front men.
However the MSM does not connect the dots.
This is the BS that the MSM is supposed to be connecting...
Please direct your attention to the photo below: the caption informs us that McCain is speaking at "a pro-Kosovo, pro-McCain rally across the street from his New York City hotel Friday morning, Feb. 11, 2000. McCain is in New York for the day to attend fundraisers and to talk to the press before returning to South Carolina Friday night." But who is the man on the right, with the colorful KLA scarf and his big mouth wide open? The caption-writer is mute on this point, but to anyone who knows anything about New York's ethnic politics, the face is all-too-familiar: it is none other than former Republican Congressman Joe DioGuardi, now the loquacious leader of the Albanian-American Civic League (AACL) a group that not only actively represents the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in America, but whose leader has become a spokesman for the most radical fringe elements of the KLA.
way to go Mr. Baker, help the enemy. McCain is just a useful idiot old man.

Just about everyone in the GOP that I am heartily sick of seems to have a sweet tooth for John McCain. Should the ringleader of the Gang of 14 get the nomination, I will consider myself done with (as Rush put it) "carrying their water." If I had wanted to put a Joe Lieberman in the White House, I'd have voted for the real one back in 2000.
