Today, Mr. Obama is likely to get a fresh boost. One of the Democratic Party's icons, senior Massachusetts Sen. Edward Kennedy, is expected to offer his endorsement, joining his niece -- Caroline Kennedy, daughter of slain President John F. Kennedy -- and adding to the JFK aura that has lifted Mr. Obama's presidential bid.
But for all of the attention Mr. Obama has garnered since his Iowa caucus victory at the beginning of the month, Mrs. Clinton has maintained her big lead in national polls...
Among the major Super Tuesday contests, Mrs. Clinton has wide -- in some cases double-digit -- polling leads in California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Arizona, Missouri and Alabama. Mr. Obama leads in his home state of Illinois and in Georgia.
The demographics in many of those states also seem to play more to Mrs. Clinton's strengths, with big populations of Latinos and white women, groups that helped carry her to victory over Mr. Obama in New Hampshire and Nevada.
Mr. Obama's South Carolina win was pumped up by the 80% of the black vote he carried in a state where more than half the voters are African-American; he also received 25% of the white vote in a state not historically known for racial tolerance. On Super Tuesday, the black vote will dominate mainly in a handful of Southern states.

The Caroline Kennedy endorsement could have a very significant effect. She’s a non-politician, and I can’t recall her ever endorsing anyone before for anything. Remember when Bill Clinton ran in 1992 he used the photo of himself as a boy with JFK at the White House? The myth of Camelot has now been snatched from the Clintons and passed irrevocably to Obama.
Hillary gets the nomination.
Obama wants change. he wants to change the democrat focus from the clinton record to the carter record.
Young people love Obama, clueless boomer sheeple followers will be shocked and confused by the Kennedy endorsements. Expect more endorsements to follow this week. Things ain’t looking good for the Arkansas Mob.

NO she has endorsed all the Dem candidates.
She was working for Clinton,Kerry and Gore.
She is very political and a nasty piece of work.
She was rude and a down right bore to the new first lady back in 2001 during a meet and greet in NYC event .
She gave a speech at the event and went on and on about Hillary and did not even mention the guest of honor, the new first lady.The incident really ticked off my wife and sister. Apparently, the Clinton’s ticked her off somehow.
Add in Ohio, Florida, Michigan, the superdelegates..
No way Obama wins this. Best to hope for is Her Heinous is further unveiled and a lot of Dems get sick of her shennanigans.
Yeah. They spot him a supermajority of black votes in S.C., which makes him The Black Candidate, narrowing and freezing his "identity".....as someone was pointing out the other day, working from Saul Alinsky's handbook.
Then everybody who isn't black in the big states votes for Hillary. Simple. Racist politics played for keeps in the self-proclaimed party of antiracism.
There used to be weekly or monthly humor awards...no more as far as I know. I kinda liked this one too...Bubba's buffoonery combined with Ted The Swimmer made it easy.
