I know your post was in jest/sarcasm tag not necessary, BUT...

That is EXACTLY the objection to such rules. Yet I have found no-one who can actually explain to me how any of them actually discriminate based on race.

All US Citizens are completely free to own property (just get a job and buy some...geeze).

Literacy - even in our generally bad public schools, if you don’t learn basic reading and writing, it is your own fault, regardless of race.

Last I checked, there are folks of every race receiving welfare checks...
