Said Bill Clinton today in Columbia, SC: "Jesse Jackson won South Carolina in '84 and '88. Jackson ran a good campaign. And Obama ran a good campaign here."
This was in response to a question about Obama saying it "took two people to beat him." Jackson had not been mentioned.
Boy, I can't understand why anyone would think the Clintons are running a race-baiting campaign to paint Obama as "the black candidate."
Wow. That was a deliberate comment.
GOSH IS hILLARY BORING TO LISTEN TO!!!
You bet esp coming from a black man.
William Jefferson Clinton is in some major denial...and it’s funny as heck.
And I can’t understand why anyone - white or black - wouldn’t resent the clintoons for turning this campaign into a race conflict. Obama didn’t do it, and white voters in the early states didn’t do it. The clintoons are bringing back race issues where they didn’t need to be.
WJC is a pathetic human being, married to a very sorry human being. May the flies of a thousand camels come to rest in their beers.
Bubba is a deficit to her...LOL LOL
She lost some votes to Edwards with that one...too.
That’s it Bubba—keep running your ignorant, backwoods mouth. Unbelievable.
And may she lose many more votes! I don’t even care to who.
At least Obama is holding an elected office, I’ll give him credit for that.
Say what you will, Bill and Hillary have completely seduced the majority of female voters; he with his lip biting and she with the pretty smile.
Welcome to FR.
Check out how happy that audience sitting behind her in Tennessee ISN’T.
ROFLOL
CNN is doing the same thing. Immediately after Obama won, they are showing the percentage of Blacks in the Democratic Party in Georgia and Alabama as compared to South Carolina.
I was listening to the TV from another room and and could hear her rolling out her southern twang again. Psycho lady.
fewer than 20 of her supporters arrived at the party

How come Jackson and Sharpton aren’t endorsing a BLACK nominee, Obama?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
The Clinton’s are looking for a WHITE BACKLASH.
They knew Obama would get in due to SKIN COLOR so they dragged race into it hoping to piss WHITE’S off and not vote for Obama.
