They did report nearby evacuations. NY NY, Belagio and another one or two... The report was wrong (surprise!) They were evacuating Monte Carlo guests to the other hotels.

I heard the LV chopper pilot say “The Monte Carlo is the only building on fire, so far” when CNN was carrying that feed. I turned to my coworker and said “what does that mean?”
