"I hear all the time from people in Florida and Michigan that they want their voices heard in selecting the Democratic nominee.
"I believe our nominee will need the enthusiastic support of Democrats in these states to win the general election, and so I will ask my Democratic convention delegates to support seating the delegations from Florida and Michigan. I know not all of my delegates will do so and I fully respect that decision. But I hope to be President of all 50 states and U.S. territories, and that we have all 50 states represented and counted at the Democratic convention.

Are those 2 states supposed to have zero delegates as punishment, or are they to lose merely a portion of their delegates? Thanks.
I thought Clintonoids is what we all had a bad case of after the 90’s.....a fiscally transmitted disorder via security leakage, unexplained necrosis of aids and “friends,” as well as memory loss over certain financial transactions even after pictures surface.

Hee hee. And this is where the Cal primary is gonna be fuuuuun. Because those of us who register as “decline to state” are allowed, by the Democrats, to vote in THEIR primary (Republicans do not allow this - oh well).
There are many of us in the conservative block who do not register with any party. And we’re spreading the word to ask for a Democrat ballot on election day and vote for Obama. If Hitlery loses California, she’ll have a meltdown.
And because we allow Hillary Clinton to get away with it (because she is Hillary Clinton).
We do not demand they follow the rules, we overlook their transgressions but kill our own. Just think how you would act if this had been one of our candidates.
She gets to do it because we are lazy, non-fighters, and really do not care. Period.
I don’t see how Obama would be any better or worse a president than Hillary Clinton. They seem about the same to me...

The reason she 'won' Michigan is because the other candidates followed through with a general agreement to withdraw their names from the ballot since Michigan delegates were not going to be seated. However, Hillary reneged on the agreement and did not withdraw her name from the ballot as the other candidates had done. With the names Obama, Edwards, Richardson, etc. gone from the ballot, it was a forgone conclusion that the only remaining candidate - Hillary Clinton - was the guaranteed winner. She now wants those delegates to count.
We have allowed it and now we will pay the price of our laziness.
If you do not fight to protect your country - you lose the country. That is what happens when we all spend our time complaining how imperfect Bush is and allow the dems freedom to manipulate, move forward on their agenda.
We are not fighters - we are a disgrace and will inherit what we have sown. A Hillary Clinton.
You see we can do nothing but yap about it.
Is there a concerted effort to do this? That would be awesome. If only for the entertainment value of seeing Hillary have a meltdown and Bill turn beet red and start finger-jabbing and screaming. I think losing California might push them over the edge.

The Clintons are dirt, and no republican should back off from that. Keep in mind Bill, as president was ata minimum held in contempt of court and I believe disbarred, paid a sex harrassment settlement. Add in billing records, cattle futures, Chinese Communist Army money and so much more - and it all becomes absurd.
If a republican had any cajones and started rattling it all off and kept doing it, people would realize they are tolerating scum by giving the Clintons the time of day.
Hah ... a few days before the actual voting, now that it is way late for anyone to campaign. She wouldn’t suggest this unless her polling showed it a safe move. May the Black churches organize a snap GOTV effort.

A concerted effort, probably not - but we have Freep, Little Green Footballs and other ways of getting the news out. I plan to call Brian Sussman’s show next week and urge D/S voters to vote for Obama - as Cali is not winner take all, the more votes he gets, the better.
Also, can you believe this hypocrisy? “They want their votes for the candidate to count.” Fine. And you know what? Conservatives in California want our votes for PRESIDENT to count, Hildebeest. So we’ll be expecting your endorsement for California legistlation allowing for electors any day now.
(I know that this is a debatable issue, of course, but you KNOW the Moonbats are against anything in this state that allows conservatives any kind of voice!)
It’s true. Whatever mean nasty thing I compared the Clintons too, I would be insulting that mean nasty thing, not the Clintons. They are the deep bottom feeders. They are lower than low.
I would MUCH rather have a President Obama. MUCH rather.
And I don’t have anything good to say about Obama. Other than I would MUCH rather have him then those to back in the WH.
