I do not trust Mitt nearly enough, especially on judges, to vote for him. You asked “who.” The only one that I think has a chance to pick good judges would be Huckabee. (Or perhaps, Ron Paul, but he is out.) When I look at the two of them, they break close to even on the “evil scale,” but judges break it Huckabee’s way. I wonder how much of the South Romney puts into play since he seems to average 3rd or 4th with very low numbers in the South (except the mish-mash of Florida.)

I agree. I absolutely would trust The Huckster to pick good judges over Romney. But he's got some real slimy credibility problems. He sides with the ACLU on closing GITMO because it makes us "look bad in the world". He sounds like a liberal. You really want a president making foreign policy decisions based on how we look? He wants to outlaw waterboarding. That alone has probably saved us from being attacked and winning the war on terror. Not to mention I can't trust him on fiscal policy, his track record is too clear.
