The largest amount of undecided voters lie in Miami/Palm Beach, McCain's bastion of support. Romney's bastions of support, the Jacksonville and Tampa areas, have the fewest amount of undecideds remaining.
I thought Guiliani had all his eggs in the Florida basket?
Ping
My prediction is that Rudy’s voters decide he’s not going to win the nomination at this point and go with McCain, allowing McCain to win narrowly on Tuesday.
Just beat McAmnesty - I mean McFeingold - I mean McCain.
I’m hoping Guilianni pulls it off and will vote accordingly. Anything to get to a contested convention and some hope of a unifying and conservative nominee.
Snap out of it.
Rudy McRomnabee leads with 79%. Other is second with 7%.
Now that we know the destination, are we going to ride in a handbasket or, faster, on a Donkey?
The latinos are not smitten with Mitten (despite his pandering a espanol). SE Florida (Miami-Palm Beach) has the largest swath of undecideds remaining and the decideds are already going 2-to-1 for McCain; the undecideds will likely follow suit. Mitt has already milked the I-4 corridor for close to everything it’s worth. There’s few undecideds left there, his lead in J-ville is substantial but not enough to offset SE FL (Miami-Dade-Broward-Palm Beach) which will go big for McCain, and his lead in Tampa is not big enough.
You are probably right. As it becomes clearer approaching Monday Rudy won’t win, they will defect to the McCain camp.
Rasmussen may give Romney a 4 point lead but that is illusory. His screen is too tight and he almost always underpolls McCain.
OH Gee McCain is surging—he is one point ahead.
McCain is up 5 points from yesterday’s poll - that IS surging.
I think voting began a while ago and that a considerable number of votes have already been cast.
If that’s true, there’s a big unknown reflected less and less with more recent polls.
There was actually a poll of just those who had voted early released today, I believe. It showed McCain with about a ten point lead over Romney on already cast ballots.
Norm have you seen the new McCain ad?

You might want to ping it to the list.
Romney up 4 in Mason-Dixon. Dont count your amnesty chickens yet.
What about Rudy’s early voting drive? The Giuliani was bragging about how they had a strong early voting drive. You know, that 40% of FL already voted mantra that they promote.
Giuliani said he will stick around Feb 5th regardless what happens in FL.
I hope Giuliani does well at McCain’s expense tonight. I think Romney will need for Giuliani to win over some more S. Florida voters for him to win.
