No way he is resigning. To most of his constituents he is just doing what is perfectly natural to them. IF Coleman Young could get away with dealing Krugerrands during the apartheid era, the people-mover and Greek-Town fiascoes and Magnum Oil debacle there is no way he will have to resign over a stupid perjury charge that even the President was let off the hook for.
