Done, see post 28. You are making assertions beyond what Fred did. Fred fingered McCain not Romney in Iowa. And a McCain supporter at the politico was behind the latest bruhahaha about Thompson dropping out and endorsing McCain.

Why are you blaming Romney for McCain's slimy campaign? Your'e not a McCain supporter are you?

MrEdd, You seem bitter.

I hope that whoever wins the Republican nomination gets the support of conservatives.I fear many will not vote in the general election if their favorite doesn’t win the nomination. Emotions can get the best of us. I fear for the countries future should either Clinton or Obama win the presidency. While McCain is not my first, second, or third choice, I could easily vote for him.

I hope McCain didn’t know ahead of time that his supporter at Politico was going to lie about Thompson’s intentions to press on with his campaign. The two men are supposed to be personal friends. I’m not going to hold the underhanded tactic of a supporter against McCain.
