I’ve been reasonably successful and have the lowest rate of staff turnover among my 30+ peers (countrywide)...although the higher powers have sometimes made that more of a challenge than it has to be (and of course they’ve paid for it with succesful lawsuits for unpaid OT, threats of unionization, etc.)
