Governor Deval Patrick has set up a novel political fund-raising system that allows him to skirt the state's campaign finance law by channeling big contributions through the state Democratic Party, which, in turn, has paid off hundreds of thousands of dollars of the governor's political expenses.

Nothing new here. Kickback and grease money is funneled to the willing in all sorts of ways.
Bubba Clinton will walk away with $20 million from Donk mavin Ron Burkle's Yucaipa Company for doing essentially nothing. Scratch the surface of Yucaipa Company and you'll find Xinhua Investment Co., and Dubai. See P1 of yesterday's WSJ.

And hence the push by Wally World to enforce / create new “free trade” (not fair trade) laws with special tax considerations to them for telling there suppliers that the goods they want to sell in Wal Mart stores MUST be made in facilities located in mainland Chicomville.
