And RG hates the Dims and the MSM, fought them relentlessly in NY for his policies.

IMO he would have a good chance on getting judges thru.

He was a gun grabbing nanny stater.

Manhattan is 15% Republican, for example.

Rudy is a left-wing little-r republican.

No. He will face a relentlessly left Congress. I might change my own mind about voting for him if I thought he would leave SS seats vacant rather than appoint Justices that a left Democrat Senate will accept. He won’t do that. A democrat would, if faced with an analogous situation. Republicans are more concerned with “conserving” the forms, even though there is NO Constitutional requirement for a particular number of Justices. There could be 2 or there could be 100.
