I know where that support will go. Those that do not take their marbles and go home to momma will overwhelmingly vote for Mitt Romney. He may be a moderate but that is better than a cross dressing lib or an aging POS that treats the Republican base as his personal commode.

My support is moving from FDT to Romney. I do not want McCain or Huckabee.

Hewitt is dreaming. The conservative vote is more fractured now that it was before Fred pulled out. This conservative will have a hard time picking between Giullianni and McCain.
To: Checkers
Drop out, or go to Mitt. We all hate Huck and McCain. It might let those two do a little better with the undecideds but otherwise...

My support is moving from FDT to Romney. I do not want McCain or Huckabee. Ditto.
But I especially don't want Monica's boyfriend's wife, or the empty Socialist suit from IL.

I will vote third party or do a write in.
Wonder who the Constitution Party is running?

As a FRed head, I think I'll move to Mitt. The huckster, mcpain, and julieanne just don't get my motor running.
I've given money to Fred, but I think I'll wait until I donate again.

Agreed.

Drop out, or go to Mitt. One option would be as good as the other, if you don't mind who gets the White House.
To: Checkers
I’m going to join the Mitt bandwagon.
His performance during the debates has been commendable.
And, honestly, Mitt has less of a problem with religion than Huckabee when it comes to the general electorate.

I will hold my nose and consider Mr. Romney.
I don’t see the word “conservative” prominently displayed on his website.
Fred had it on the side of his bus.

Those that do not take their marbles and go home to momma...That's the way to win them over... by insulting them with mixed metaphors. Brilliant.

Yes, Hugh, you feculent turd, I am joining you to support Romney. Happy now?
(Not you, Checkers...)
BTW, how is it that feculent is not in the spell-check? We are going to be using that word a lot over the next eight-and-a-half months, I think.

Is there a dime’s difference between McCain & Huck on conservative issues? Why would one be more palatable than the other?

I don’t agree with voting third party or not voting.
I will vote for whomever is running against the Marxist.
