NAVASOTA, Texas Gov. Mike Huckabee of Arkansas came off his Republican primary loss to Senator John McCain in South Carolina and headed here on Sunday, into the arms of supporters and his No. 1 fan, the actor Chuck Norris.
The event was a fund-raiser at Mr. Norris ranch here, about 20 miles from Texas A&M University and 70 miles from Houston. Guests were met outside the white gate by a metal silhouette of a wolf the spread is called Lone Wolf Ranch, named for the 1983 film Lone Wolf McQuade, in which Mr. Norris starred along with David Carradine and inside by a swarm of men in cowboy hats and law enforcement uniforms.
But the one who seemed to need some protecting was Mr. McCain, who had headed to Florida to begin his campaign for that states Republican primary on Jan. 29.
Mr. McCain was the target of Mr. Norriss apparent frustration over Mr. Huckabees loss and he went for a McCain sore spot, his age. Mr. McCain is 71, the oldest candidate in the field.
I really dont believe hell have the stamina to run the country for four years, Mr. Norris said at a news conference. Mr. Norris is 67.
The 200-plus guests at the fund-raiser, who paid $1,000 for sweet-smelling ribs and brisket and the chance to support Mr. Huckabees candidacy, heard Mr. Norris repeat his accusations that Mr. McCain was too old to be president.
Mr. Huckabee, standing by, attested to Mr. McCains inner strength and strong genes. He added that he only knows himself, and he does have the energy to be president.
Mr. Huckabee, who is 52, then showed off his boomer status by performing rock and roll classics with his band.

McCain looked weak getting off the plane in SC
Amen
Again, Huck wears the halo while damaged goods pile up on the floor around him.
“McCain looked weak getting off the plane in SC”
Alas, that might not hurt him in Florida, eh?
Huck’s a goner from the race.
He’s done. He couldnt even beat an old RINO in the most southern evangelical state in the nation.

If he manages the trick with a walker somehow, that might even *gain* him some votes.
YouTube video of Chuck Norris.
Didn't see any video of McCain getting off the plane, would be worth seeing.
Maybe Huck will choke on some of that barbequed fried squirrel and find a way to hush it up.
Imagine that. A weasel bbqing up some squirrel.
While he is at it, he can quit worrying about McCain, he may choke on his oatmeal.
Amen"

Why don't you shut your political pie hole?
Stifling the www? Online Freedom of Speech Act (H.R. 1606)
"1606 is needed because federal courts have ordered the Federal Election Commission to regulate "electioneering communications" on the Internet because of the Bipartisan Campaign Finance Reform Act (McCain-Feingold). If H.R. 1606 fails to become law, your Web site or blog could be shut down for the 30 days prior to a primary election and the 60 days prior to a general election should you express "electioneering communications."
