"It's my right to choose to do what I want with my body. I shouldn't have people telling me what I can and can't do with my body," Listrom said. Nobody is telling you what to do with YOUR body, they are merely talking about what to do with the BABY'S body.

Interesting tactic. Successful as well. In my view, it’s rare that publicity turns out to be a bad thing.

Exactly. The baby is *reliant* on the mother’s body—it isn’t a part of the mother’s body to be destroyed on whims like a majority of abortions do! :*(

Wow, plastic fetuses! That’s awful. It’s so much better to kill them. </sarc>

My prolife group used to give out those little plastic babies outside of high schools. I like to think they were pretty effective in educating young girls.
The other effective thing was the pin of the little unborn baby’s feet...actual size of those of a 3-month’s in utero baby.

People who are bothered by the plastic fetus must have something bothering their conscience.....hmmmmm. Might it be that they did something wrong, or helped someone to do something wrong? Something that strikes to their human core (or spiritual soul), that itch that can’t be scratched...”Out, damned spot!” Yes, it is a human life that is snuffed out with each abortion. And I often wonder if these same people could ever think of what may have happended to them if their own mothers had the right to abortion at the time of their conception?

It was the plastic fetus that bothered me,
And has she even bothered to ask herself WHY that is?

It is not a tomato.
It is a baby human that is being murdered by abortion.
People don't like to be reminded of this reality.

If were possible to time travel, I wonder what this woman would say if a pro-abortionist travelled back in time and convinced her mother to have an abortion while she was pregnant with this future woman?

Now if someone could incorporate a tiny chip that imitates the sound of a 12-week fetus’ heart beat, the sensitivities of the complainers would REALLY be freaked out. A video of a 12-week ultrasound should be part of every high school sex-ed curriculum. I bet it is not included at all.

Mystical Listrom said "It's my right to choose to do what I want with my body. I shouldn't have people telling me what I can and can't do with my body," Listrom said. Hey Mystical, what say you about seatbelt laws, helmet laws, drug consumption laws, etc. etc. etc.??? How about vaccinations requirements? All having to do directly or indirectly with your precious body, and you have nothing to say. Why is that?

What they ought to do is send a 20 week old fetus in little assemble-it yourself pieces.

A lot of people on FR were down on those shows that feature real preserved human bodies. But having attended one I thought that one of the most thought-provoking parts of the show, in a room by itself, was a series of real preserved human fetuses. Even as a relatively educated person I had not been aware how perfectly formed a 12 week-old fetus really is.
I think that seeing this might have a much more profound effect on most people than receiving a plastic fetus in the mail.
