“In the Lot” Series, #4 is what I’d recommend at the highest possible volume, repeated 5 times, and followed by 2 water boarding sessions...daily. You’ll never feel more alive. The video is of their famous warm-up with the snare line playing around, but hitting the licks.

Also, clip # 1 shows why someone’s chances of making it onto their drum line out of highschool is slim to none, leaning toward none.
