Wow over double here, does that keep a lot of people off the roads or just steer them to buy smaller cars?

I would say smaller cars most adults by the time they are 18 or 19 own a car if they are working. Some car sharing is done but I can say that no one at my company car shares some may get their wife to drop them at work and collect them if she either does not work or only works part time.
