Yes, she does.
I wish my legs looked like hers did. {{{sigh}}}
Me too! In 1959, she was what, 22? Playing serious rebel-without-a-cause type characters on TV. Meanwhile, Tom, almost 40 at the time, was a comic actor on the Steve Allen Show. Talk about opposites attract...
She was wonderful. RIP.
It seemed to me she had beaten the cancer, from what I would hear every now and then. But, that’s what I thought about Gilda, too. *sniff*
Didn’t know they were married.
May God welcome and take you home Suzanne.
Maybe that’s where Gary Larson got his finale from?
Both of you are right. RIP, Suzanne. I was a college student when The Bob Newhart show was on and I thought she was the coolest married woman I'd ever seen.
Your life is just starting to be exciting...adventures to follow.
The film ran along with the whispered rumors of Suzanne being a nymphomaniac. Which matched the images my teenage brain abounded with in those days! There was a scene where Suzanne wore a clinging white dress that showed her million dollar, world class derriere!
All I could find was this... Italian version poster.
Whenever I think of Suzanne Pleshette, that image flashes into my mind! Along with that honey of a voice of her's-- Whoa momma!
Night, dear Suzanne... You shall be missed.
she was a rarity, I cannot emphasize the word enough......I loved her!
During the Newhart days in the 1970’s I had a mild crush on her as an ‘older’ woman.
Oh no! She was in “The Birds”. Sad...
Yes she played Annie Hayworth, the schoolteacher.
It was SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL GUNFIGHTER
They were both in a movie called "Mr. Buddwing". I think I was one of the only people that saw it.
I saw her once on a talk show where she was seated next to Don Rickles. He made some sort of insulting joke about her sex life and she managed to successfully put him down with one comment. But her comment was bleeped out and I've been wondering what it was ever since.
Yes. As one of the former love interests of the male star (Can't remember his name at the moment) Rod ???? somebody.
I always thought she was pretty. Prayers for her family.
If one is saved, the alternative is the goal. This life is just a vapor. Eternity in heaven with Jesus, now there's where I want to be when I'm called home.
I loved her in everything I ever saw her in. She was unique. There are so many in Hollywierd who are just so so, but Suzanne was a special talent and a real beauty. It came so naturally to her. Thanks for the memories Suzanne.
