It seems that whenever someone good lost an election, the Bush administration would appoint him to a good position. Let’s hope that happens with Rep. Hunter. Maybe Director of Homeland Security, or Sec. of Defense? Then maybe back in the race for 2012 or 2016.

I also want everyone to remember one thing. This is the only election Duncan Hunter did not win. He certainly would have been re elected in his district. I wonder how many of them can say that?
