That's another thing: the left did such a thorough job of painting out Viet Nam veterans as lunatic, drug addicted serial killers that it got to the point where they stopped filling in the spot for military service on job applications that had them....because employers refused to hire lunatic, drug addicted serial killers. Only veterans hired veterans, and eventually, OVER THIRTY YEARS, they acheived some kind of equilibrium, and 35 years later even a measure of justice against those who wronged them.
It breaks my heart again to see it happening...AGAIN.
We cannot let it happen again. It is up to us to stop it anywhere and everywhere we see it. I was too young to have affected it for Vietnam, I’ll be damned if I’m going to allow it to happen again.
