Can't ya just lose as a good sport. Its the American thing to do. But no, you gotta try and drag down with ya as many as ya can. lol.
Go back and read Petronski's sneer at Duncan Hunter at post 1281, and then you can start lecturing on 'being a good sport', ok? Start with Petronski.
The one candidate who was literally part of the original Reagan landslide of 1980, who was the most trustworthy and legitimate conservative in this race, got no respect and no support from way too many FINOs on this forum, and I'm not about to tolerate the mockery and ridicule from those who are about to go orgasmic on what they think is Duncan Hunter's political grave. Those same cretins would have been scheduling a wake at their local VFW hall after Reagan lost the GOP nomination in '76, if they had been old enough to vote.
You want to talk about 'dragging down with ya as many as ya can'?
Go talk to to the trolls, know-nothings and no-accounts that have been trying to run Hunter into the ground over the past months.
And so far as Thompson goes, his own mediocre performance is going to result in him doing the same thing that Duncan Hunter has reportedly done, but that will happen because Thompson started late, never worked hard enough, and it shows.

(Where's Duncan Hunter you ask? BLACKLISTED for telling the truth on the "KENNEDY WING of the GOP!")

The one candidate who was literally part of the original Reagan landslide of 1980 [...] Ron Paul? He was the head of Reagan's Texas delegation.

Snarky Hunter supporters earned every bit of sneering they ever got.

Some people think the media intentionally sabotaged Fred’s campaign. I disagree. As an acknowledged Romney supporter, I have a lot of respect for Fred and his views. But, he ran a lackluster campaign. Maybe that’s just his style, but it resulted in him not catching fire with a significant proportion of the GOP voters.
