The article talks about how she and other Leftists have such overwhelming confidence in their own solutions to all of the problems of the world. They think and act as if they themselves are little gods. As a result, they think that they should have the power that little demi-gods should have. This is the exact opposite of Christian humility, which teaches us to realize our limitations in wisdom and power. This may be just one of the reasons why Leftists are so often against religion. They don’t want to acknowledge or submit themselves to God.
