JQP doesn't give a RAT's behind.

If they were informed, their eyes might be opened by this recommendation for the "health reform summit", (on page 7 or 8 of the PDF file which JDM links to above)

There should be at least two or three people with specific horror stories, but there should also be several middle class people with decent benefits who are feeling squeezed and worried
How ironic that Hillary's group feels they need to counteract cynicism.

Here’s a couple horror stories for you.

Patients who have had their own privately owned insurance programs are forced to let Medicare be the primary payer.

MediCARE does not pay for in home infusion of steroids which is standard care for many with MS. It does pay for hospitalization and infusion. $15,000 dollars a month versus $70.00 through privately owned insurance.

Medicare insists on overriding private drug plans to cover Tysabri, the cutting edge for MS. not using the owners drug plan. 480.00 per month versus less than 20.00 per month.

So folks, buckle up, “free” healthcare coming to a state near you.

Gov’t healthcare is about a bailout, welfare if you will, for insurance companies, not about care of your health.
